Shipping Policy:
- Orders will be shipped within 10-14 business days, at time of order. {weekends and holidays are NOT included.
- I will always try to ship out before estimated shipping dates, but please understand I am a momma of FOUR, sweet babies, with a full time job, and a needy hubby 🤣 {JK, I’m the needy one}
Refund policy
******IN STORE CREDIT ONLY*****
- Order must be returned and in Lonesome Doc’s possession within 7 days of delivery date.
- Returned items must be returned in the same condition they were sent with tags still in tact. Items must still be new and unused. If item is in poor condition and cannot be resold, store credit will NOT be given.
- Store credit will not be given until return is received and in possession of Lonesome Docs’s
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. No refunds or exchanges on sale items.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
